Theatrical Decor
Very dramatic was the setting at Vizcaya Palace and Gardens for the wedding ceremony of two principal dancers of the Boston Ballet. I used hundreds of candles, gold candelabras with ivy and amber lighting to create the effect.

Orhtodox Jewish
This Chuppa was designed for an Orthodox Jewish wedding ceremony in The Galeria at The Westin Colonnade Hotel Coral Gables. The mother of the Bride was very, very demanding; a French lady with fabulous taste. She wanted for the whole wedding a rich and elegant look, very European. The Brides gown was an original Chrsitian Lacroix. The rich look for the décor was achieved by layering organza in ivory and white, using pale color roses and antique silver vases for the centerpieces in the dinner tables.

A WASP Reception
This table setting was created for the reception of the daughter of a New York magnate at Indian Creek Country Club. The centerpiece was designed with peach roses and spray roses in a matte porcelain vase and surrounded by three candleholders with taper candles. It was very simple but very elegant.

Sumptuous Decor
The setting was the Country Club Ballroom at The Biltmore Hotel. I suggested for centerpieces silver pedestals with a profusion of white orchids and Italian ruscus surrounded by four silver bowls with ivory roses and in between clusters of votive candles. We used ivory linen and napkins, white china and silver chargers. The centerpieces were pin spotted and the columns on both sides of the Room had up lighting. The mantelpiece of the enormous fireplace at one end of the room was covered with white orchids and Italian ruscus. This Bride and her mother were a delight to work with. They loved my ideas and left it up to me to make it spectacular. It was!

A Tent in the Garden
“Chateau Douy”, the replica of a “chateau” in France, is magnificent. In the garden a tent was placed for the dinner. All white, covered inside with organza and garlands. Since the bride was wearing a pearl gray gown and carrying a bouquet of red roses, I selected pearl grey “peau de soie” tablecloths with centerpieces of red roses and silver taper candles. To compliment the table décor, silver chiavarri chairs were used. Dim lights and candles all over. Very romantic, very French!

Very Contemporary in a Classical Setting
The Alhambra Ballroom of the Biltmore Hotel served as a classical backdrop for this very contemporary décor. All white with alternating square and round tables. Simple centerpieces of white cymbidium orchids in a tall glass vases on top of mirrors and surrounded by pillar and votive candles. White sofas flanking the dance floor with cube tables and ambiance lighting.

A Holiday Wedding
In the Rotunda of the Westin Colonnade Hotel white organza drapes and special lighting created the romantic look my client wanted. Tall candelabras in gold with 24” taper candles and ivory roses adorned the tables covered in ivory and white. A large flower arrangement of roses, illuminated, on top of the fountain and votive candles created a focal point. The existing Holiday decorations were played down. I only used red roses in the Brides bouquet and the cake.
